"The machine not only takes us to a place but brings us to a new consciousness."
- Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
As an Organizational Meteorologist and leading expert in "corporate weather", I proudly look back on over 25 years of professional and leadership experience in the fields of employee management, personnel and organizational development, human resource management, change management, and transformation. I have acquired my management and consulting expertise both within and alongside medium-sized companies, in the public sector, and through collaborations with global corporations.
My career began after high school in 1998 as an Air Force officer and led me through various positions in Human Resources Management following my active service before I took the step into entrepreneurship in 2019.
I hold a MBA degree, Diplom-Kaufmann (univ.), with studies in Economics, Business Administration and Organizational Sciences - focusing on Organizational Psychology and International Management - from the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich. Additionally, I have a Master of Human Resource Management from the Open University Business School (Milton Keynes, UK). As a certified Systemic Business Coach (dvct), I have had the privilege of guiding numerous leaders and teams through extensive development and change processes.
My journey as a "weather frog" is closely linked to my
passion for meteorology, which I have pursued intensively since my youth as a
private pilot. With my small microlight aircraft, the "Mupo", I love exploring new regions and experiencing the weather firsthand.
To further solidify my practical knowledge in meteorology, I recently completed a Masters Level Course in mathematical-physical fundamental meteorology at the University of Reading (UK) and am a member of the Royal Meteorological Society, the UK’s leading professional society for weather and climate.
I am particularly fascinated by aviation meteorology and especially synoptic meteorology, which deals with large-scale weather phenomena and the analysis of weather charts.
I look forward to shaping "the weather" in your company together with you!
